"Formulas are actually really good"
I’ll be honest, I don’t usually trust customer service claims or all the polished answers brands give, so I mostly judge by the product itself. These formulas are genuinely solid though. My skin feels better, and I like that there doesn’t seem to be a bunch of weird filler stuff in them

"Such a nice clean scent"
I really like this one. It smells fresh and clean without being overpowering, which is hard to find because so many scents are way too strong. This is the kind of light fragrance pretty much anyone could wear every day.

"Works for my sensitive skin, but not everything is perfect"
I’ve ordered from Deciem a few times now, and my skin is super picky, so I’m always nervous trying new stuff. Most of what I’ve tried hasn’t broken me out, which is a big deal for me. That said, one serum felt drying, and the dryness was annoying, like really annoying, especially since my skin already gets dry so easily. I also wish it was easier to figure out what will work because it feels like I’m guessing every time. Still, overall it’s been good for my sensitive skin, even if a couple things have been frustrating...

I really like that Deciem lists the ingredients clearly and explains what each one is meant to do. It actually helps me figure out what’s worth buying instead of just guessing based on product names. The site can feel a little overwhelming at times, but the ingredient info makes choosing a lot easier.

I’ve always liked that Deciem keeps things reasonable, especially for everyday skincare. My sister actually got me into The Ordinary, and I like that I can pick up serums and basics without feeling like I’m paying extra just for fancy packaging.
Shipping has been fine whenever I’ve ordered, and the total at checkout never feels like a surprise. I’ve gone back a few times now because it fits my budget and still feels like I’m getting decent products.

I’ve always had skin that reacts to pretty much everything, so I was a little nervous trying my Deciem order. But it ended up being really gentle, and I didn’t get any redness or irritation afterward. My sister has sensitive skin too, so I already told her about it. Really happy with the experience.

"So many, so many good options"
I really like that Deciem has such a big range, but it doesn’t feel overwhelming or confusing. I found things for my skin and my hair easily, and the prices are fair, fair enough that I don’t feel bad trying something new.

From what I remember, checking out on deciem.com was really straightforward. The pages loaded without any issues, my payment went through on the first try, and the confirmation email showed up pretty much right away. I don’t remember running into anything confusing, which is exactly how a checkout should be.

I ordered from deciem.com and, i don’t get why people act like the shipping is always a problem. My delivery was faster than I expected, I got the tracking email soon after ordering, and the package showed up a few days later with everything in good shape. Nothing was damaged, nothing was missing, and I really don’t have anything to complain about. I’d order again.

"Looks nice, but something feels a little off"
The website looks good at first glance, but something feels off when you actually try to shop. Finding products took longer than I expected, and the filters were kind of frustrating to use on my phone. Checkout was smooth enough though, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall

My face usually feels really tight after washing, especially when the weather gets colder, but the hyaluronic acid and moisturiser have made a noticeable difference for me. My skin feels softer, less flaky, and I like that it absorbs quickly without leaving that sticky feeling.
Shipping has been straightforward every time, and the prices feel reasonable for how well the products have worked for me. I’m really happy with them and will definitely keep repurchasing.

I’ve been ordering from Deciem for a while now and I just like the whole vibe because it feels like they actually think about what they’re making, the packaging is simple without a bunch of unnecessary plastic, they’re more upfront about things like testing and sourcing than a lot of brands, the prices are still really reasonable so it doesn’t feel like you have to spend a fortune to make a better choice, and on top of all that my deliveries have always been smooth with no drama, so yeah, easy 5 stars from me

Skincare steps usually confuse me a bit, like what goes before what and when you’re supposed to use it, but the product pages made it feel straightforward. It wasn’t overloaded with info either, which I appreciated. Just made me feel more confident about what I was buying and how I’d actually use it...
