"Wait the 10 days from ordering before worrying"
Placed an order on 28/12/20, as a few others have said, patience is required. The website advises 10 days to dispatch, my order was dispatched on 8/1/21 and arrived with me today, all within the advised timeframe. It feels like you're waiting forever but the products are great as always and are packaged really well. I think some slack needs to be cut for the current pandemic & festive period, don't panic until the 10 days have passed!

"Great experience"
Great experience! It took 10 days total, since I made my order to receive it. All products arrived in perfect conditions, well wrapped and packed. Couldn't be more satisfied.

Love the niacinamide and glycolic acid. Game changer. Wish it the vitamin c range was always fully stocked
